HOW TO USE

1. Light your Palo Santo using a candle, match or lighter. (I prefer candle because sometimes it takes a while to get a good flame)

2. Hold at a angle pointing the tip down toward the flame.  Allow it to burn for about 30 secs to 1 minute and then blow out. (During this time I like to express my gratitude and state my intentions; ex: “ I am grateful to you Father God, Mother Earth, my Ancestors known and unknown that wish me well,  my intention is to cleanse my space of any and all negative energy …”

3. Move Palo Santo stick around fanning the smoke (with your hand or large feather) onto objects; i.e.: crystals, your body, home, car, or anywhere you would like to clear the energy. 

4. Once you feel you space is cleansed to your liking allow your Palo Santo stick to burn out. They burn out rather fast once you stop fanning. Save for your next cleansing.
